Mini Rig Wireless Welding Remote
Meet the remote that actually gets how welders work. The Mini Rig looks like a mini welding machine and is built for the field—not for show. No extras you don’t need, just the features that matter to keep you in control.
Mode 1 runs on a clean 0–100% scale and moves 1 point per click, giving you precise, steady control.
Modes 2–6 are fully customizable and adjust 5 amps per click—and best of all, you can calibrate each one to match your machine’s actual amperage range. Save different setups for different machines or processes, and recall them anytime—no need to reprogram every time you switch.
The menu’s simple. Use just the buttons, the knob, or both—scroll, select, and save in seconds. Want to fine-tune without tapping buttons? Use the knob for smooth, manual control. Hold a button to scroll faster, or press both to drop straight to your machine’s lowest amperage.
Charging is powered by a fully custom USB-C setup with a sealed port and dust cap—built to handle jobsite conditions without the hassle. No special cables, no weird plugs—just clean, fast charging.
Battery life holds strong: up to 5 weeks on the remote, 3–4 weeks on the receiver, with battery levels visible on both.
With over 400 feet of wireless range, magnetic backs, and water-resistant housings, the Mini Rig is ready to work. It connects to Lincoln (6-pin), Miller (14-pin), plus 12-pin and 3-pin machines using the right pigtail.
Each Mini Rig comes with both 6-pin and 12-pin pigtails, so you’re ready for either setup right out of the box.
You can also pick from multiple designs—red, blue, different welding machine styles, and more.
No matter which design you choose, they all work the same and are fully compatible with Miller and Lincoln machines.
Running newer Miller machines or 6-pack setups? The receiver includes a built-in switch made for those systems—just plug in, turn it on, and you’re ready to go.
Every Mini Rig comes with an 18-month warranty—because we know it’s built to last.
Pick your favorite style, plug it in, and get to work. The Mini Rig keeps it simple, tough, and built for the way you weld.
